A pre-order store allows customers to place orders for products before they are manufactured. This means we collect orders within a specific time window, produce the rash guards based on demand, and then ship them to you once manufacturing is complete.

Our pre-order process is simple: 1. Order Window: Place your order during the week-long pre-order window. 2. Manufacturing: Once the order window closes, we begin production, which takes approximately 3-4 weeks. 3. Shipping: After manufacturing is complete, we ship out your order directly to your doorstep.

After the pre-order window closes, it will take about 3-4 weeks for manufacturing and distribution. You can expect your rash guard to arrive approximately 4-5 weeks after placing your order.

Operating as a pre-order store helps us minimize waste and ensure that every rash guard is made specifically for our customers. This approach allows us to focus on high-quality production while keeping costs lower for you.

You can cancel or modify your order during the pre-order window. Once the window closes and production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible since items are custom-made.

We will send you an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

If your rash guard doesn’t fit as expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s an exchange or other options (subject to availability).

We currently only ship within United States, although we will be expanding to international shipping in the near future.

Our rash guards are made from high-quality, durable materials (260 GSM, 87% polyester, 13% spandex) designed for comfort, performance, and longevity. They are made of thick yet breathable fabric, are moisture-wicking, and provide excellent UV protection.

Since our products are custom-made through pre-orders, returns are generally not accepted unless there’s a defect or issue with the product. If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
